By accessing biopeptideslabs.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
Research products only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research. They are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes and will not resell for human use.
Orders and pricing
Prices, availability, and catalog contents may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with research-use sales. Payment is processed through PayPal; an opaque order code may appear on the PayPal receipt while full line-item details remain in your Bio Peptides Labs account.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate shipping and contact information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bio Peptides Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or product purchase. Total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bio Peptides Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
