These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Bio Peptides Labs, including purchases made through this website. Bio Peptides Labs is the storefront operated by Bio Research Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Checkout acknowledgment: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that any Research Peptides or Bio Mist products are being ordered for laboratory research use only and not for human or animal use, and that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Research Use Only Disclaimer, and the Purchaser Acknowledgment.

Product Categories

Research Peptides and Bio Mist

Research Peptides and Bio Mist research spray-format products are sold for laboratory research use only by qualified purchasers. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, wellness, bodybuilding, veterinary, or household use.

Bio Derm

Bio Derm products are topical cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Consult a licensed professional for medical concerns.

Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from Bio Peptides Labs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account, password, billing details, shipping details, and order activity.

You agree that all account, billing, shipping, and order information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly updating incorrect information.

Purchaser Responsibility

By placing an order, you represent and agree that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, store, handle, and use the products ordered. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, institutional, carrier, and payment-provider requirements.

For research-use products, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, business, or other qualified research setting. You agree not to use research-use products for human or animal consumption, administration, compounding, resale for human or animal use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for safe storage, handling, chain of custody, recordkeeping, research protocols, regulatory compliance, and disposal after delivery.

Order Review, Refusal, and Cancellation

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We may request additional information, refuse, cancel, hold, limit, or refund an order before or after payment if we believe the order may violate these terms, applicable law, product restrictions, payment rules, shipping restrictions, fraud controls, chargeback risk, research-use requirements, or business risk standards.

We may correct pricing, inventory, product specification, shipping, image, description, or typographical errors at any time. If an error affects an order, we may cancel the order, refund the order, or contact you for approval before proceeding.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order for any research-use product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Research Use Only Disclaimer and Purchaser Acknowledgment.

No Medical Advice

Site content, product names, product descriptions, catalog organization, images, documents, emails, labels, and customer support responses are provided for catalog, business, and product-identification purposes only. Bio Peptides Labs does not diagnose conditions, recommend therapies, provide dosing instructions, or instruct on administration for human or animal use.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, inventory, product specifications, images, descriptions, product availability, discounts, and shipping options may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or change product presentation at any time.

Payments and Chargebacks

Payment availability depends on the payment methods enabled at checkout. Payment methods may be changed, removed, or limited based on provider requirements, underwriting rules, compliance review, chargeback risk, fraud controls, or order risk.

If you believe there is an order issue, contact us first so we can review the order, tracking, and product records. We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks and to provide order, tracking, communication, policy, and compliance records to payment providers when needed.

Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for ensuring products may be lawfully received at the destination.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Due to the nature of research materials and topical products, opened, used, altered, reconstituted, tampered-with, or improperly stored items are not eligible for return.

Testing and Documentation

Product documentation, including certificates of analysis when available, is addressed in our Lab Testing and COA Policy. Testing documents do not make research-use products safe, approved, sterile, or appropriate for human or animal use.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use this website or any product purchased from Bio Peptides Labs for unlawful purposes, false claims, unauthorized resale, human or animal administration of research-use products, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, account abuse, scraping, interference with site operation, or activity that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

Site content, product descriptions, graphics, images, product-line names, page layouts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Bio Peptides Labs or its service providers. You may not copy, reuse, distribute, modify, or exploit site content except for normal personal or internal business review of the website.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bio Research Labs LLC, Bio Peptides Labs, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your purchase, handling, storage, resale, transfer, misuse, unlawful use, unauthorized use, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

Disclaimers

Products and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" except as expressly stated in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Peptides Labs disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Peptides Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, business-interruption, misuse-related, or unauthorized-use damages arising from products, orders, delays, website use, account use, shipping, documentation, or product handling.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@biopeptideslabs.com with your name, order number if applicable, a description of the issue, and the resolution requested. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or urgent injunctive relief is needed.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Except for matters that may be brought in small claims court, intellectual property claims, payment disputes handled directly through a payment provider, or requests for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable arbitration rules selected by the arbitration provider or agreed by the parties.

Disputes must be brought only on an individual basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Bio Peptides Labs waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.

If any part of this arbitration or class action waiver section is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law controls or where another law is required to apply.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable when possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The updated terms apply to website use and orders placed after the updated version is posted, unless a different effective date is stated.

Survival

Sections relating to purchaser responsibility, prohibited conduct, payment disputes, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, governing law, venue, severability, and any obligations that by their nature should survive will survive order completion, account closure, cancellation, refund, or termination of site access.
