Current shipping setup: Bio Peptides Labs currently ships within the United States only. USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping is $13.95. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping.

Where We Ship

Bio Peptides Labs currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders with shipping destinations outside the United States may be refused, canceled, or refunded.

  • USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping: $13.95
  • Free Shipping: available on orders of $99 or more before shipping and any applicable taxes

Processing Time

Most accepted orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, unless a product page, checkout notice, or order update states otherwise. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or service disruptions.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipment date and available options, which may include waiting for the order or canceling for a refund when required.

Accurate Address Required

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Bio Peptides Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, forwarding issues, refusal, or failure to retrieve a package.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged or appears incomplete. Keep all packaging, product containers, labels, photos, and tracking information so we can review the issue with the carrier.

Restricted Destinations

Orders may be refused, canceled, or refunded if a destination is restricted by law, carrier rules, product requirements, payment provider rules, or compliance review.

Temperature and Storage in Transit

Lyophilized research peptides are stable at typical USPS Priority transit temperatures (1-3 business days). We do not currently ship with cold packs. On arrival, refrigerate research peptides at 2-8 C before reconstitution. Bio Mist and Bio Derm products follow the storage instructions on each product label. Bio Peptides Labs is not responsible for storage outside our packaging once a carrier confirms delivery.
