Agreement and approval

By submitting an application or using an affiliate link, you agree to this program agreement. Participation is subject to review and is not active until Bio Peptides Labs approves the account. We may approve, pause, reject, or end participation to protect customers, the research-use boundaries, or the integrity of the program.

Research-use promotion rules

Products may be promoted only for lawful laboratory and scientific research. Affiliates must not make medical, diagnostic, treatment, prevention, dosage, administration, human-use, veterinary-use, or expected-outcome claims. Content must not imply that a product is a food, drug, cosmetic, medical device, or approved for consumption. Promotions must accurately reproduce current product identity, strength, availability, and documentation information from Bio Peptides Labs.

Required disclosures and truthful content

Clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship with Bio Peptides Labs anywhere an affiliate link, code, endorsement, or recommendation appears. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand near the promotion; it may not be hidden in a group of links or hashtags. Endorsements must be truthful and may not contain a claim that Bio Peptides Labs could not lawfully make. Review the Federal Trade Commission's endorsement disclosure guidance and follow all laws that apply to your channel and audience.

Prohibited methods

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, artificial clicks, cookie stuffing, or other manipulation.
• Spam, purchased email lists, unsolicited messages, misleading redirects, or forced clicks.
• Impersonating Bio Peptides Labs, registering confusingly similar domains or accounts, or presenting an affiliate page as an official company property.
• False discounts, unavailable codes, unapproved creative, fabricated documentation, or altered certificates of analysis.
• Paid search or social advertising using Bio Peptides Labs trademarks unless written approval is provided.

Attribution and eligible orders

The standard attribution window is 30 days from the most recent valid referral link. An active affiliate discount code explicitly linked by staff takes precedence over an earlier referral cookie. Program settings shown in the dashboard control the actual window and rate for new orders. Attribution is fixed when an authenticated customer creates the checkout order and does not expose the customer's identity to the affiliate.

Orders are ineligible when they are unpaid, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, placed in violation of site terms, or otherwise invalid. Bio Peptides Labs may correct attribution errors and commission records with an auditable adjustment.

Commission calculation and review hold

Commission is calculated in whole cents on eligible merchandise after order discounts. Shipping, payment fees, and taxes are excluded. The standard starting rate is 10%, and the standard review hold is 30 days; the dashboard displays the rate and hold that apply to new attributed orders. Any full or partial refund makes the entire related order ineligible for commission. A refund before payout voids that order's commission; a refund after payout creates an equal debit against future payable commission.

Payouts and taxes

Payouts are sent outside the site to the approved payout destination and recorded in the affiliate dashboard with an external reference. Before any payout is prepared, a U.S. affiliate must have a verified Form W-9. A non-U.S. affiliate must have the applicable Form W-8 series documentation and a separate withholding determination; W-8 profiles remain in manual review until that workflow is approved. Tax documents must be submitted only through the secure method we designate; never email an SSN, TIN, or tax form. Our affiliate backend stores clearance status and audit metadata, not tax-identification numbers or tax-document contents. Affiliates are responsible for accurate payout and tax information and for reporting and paying taxes arising from program earnings.

Brand materials and independent status

Bio Peptides Labs grants an active affiliate a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved names, links, and creative solely to participate in this program. No ownership transfers. Affiliates are independent participants, not employees, agents, franchisees, or representatives authorized to bind Bio Peptides Labs.

Monitoring, changes, and termination

We may review public promotions and request corrections. Material violations may result in paused tracking, rejected commission, or termination. Program terms and default settings may change prospectively; material changes will be posted here or communicated through the verified account email. Historical paid records remain in the audit history.
