Commission, attribution, payouts, and refunds

These are the standard starting terms. An approved affiliate's dashboard shows the settings that apply to new attributed orders.
Who may apply?
Publishers, educators, and community operators with a verifiable channel and a plan to promote laboratory research products accurately may apply. Every application is reviewed before tracking becomes active.
Which orders qualify?
Commission applies to completed, non-self-referred orders for eligible merchandise after discounts. Shipping, payment fees, and taxes are excluded from the commission basis.
How does attribution work?
The most recent valid referral link can receive credit for 30 days. An active affiliate discount code explicitly linked by staff takes precedence, and attribution is validated on the server.
When does commission become payable?
Eligible commission begins with a 30-day review hold. A current verified W-9 is required for a U.S. affiliate payout; W-8 cases require separate withholding review before payout. Approved balances are sent to the verified payout destination outside the site and recorded in the dashboard.
What happens after a refund?
Unpaid, cancelled, fraudulent, self-referred, or refunded orders are ineligible. Any full or partial refund makes the related order's commission ineligible; a refund after payout creates an equal debit against future commission.

The affiliate program agreement covers approval, disclosures, prohibited promotion methods, attribution, commission, payouts, taxes, and termination.

  • No medical, diagnostic, treatment, dosage, or human-use claims.
  • Every promotion must state that products are for laboratory research only.
  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship near every referral link, code, endorsement, or recommendation.
  • No spam, misleading pricing, trademark impersonation, or self-referrals.
  • Only approved Bio Peptides Labs product information and documentation may be represented.
