Returns and Refunds Policy
Return eligibility, damaged orders, and refunds.

Return Eligibility
Because our catalog includes research materials and topical products, returns are limited. To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back.
Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, unaltered, undamaged, properly stored, and in the original sealed packaging. Return approval is required before any item is shipped back.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened, used, altered, reconstituted, mixed, diluted, or transferred products.
- Products with broken seals, damaged labels, missing packaging, or evidence of tampering.
- Products stored outside stated conditions.
- Custom, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items.
- Orders refused or delayed because of an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos, product label, packaging, and a description of the issue.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when available. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our confirmed fulfillment error. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if there is an order issue. We keep order, tracking, communication, and policy records to help resolve disputes and payment-provider reviews.
